Hyatt Union Square New York Hotel

I recently stayed at the Hyatt in Union Square for a weekend getaway. The stylish and comfortable rooms were exceptional and highly recommended. The lobby had a fresh and modern vibe. The location, although slightly removed from the energy of Union Square, was still good. The staff were helpful, charming, and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The food was excellent and the service was top-notch. Special mention to Tisha, who provided outstanding room service.

Good value, room was updated, staff were courteous. I loved the room with a really comfortable bed, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel had a central location and it was a few steps away from a Gothic Revival Episcopal church.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel in a great part of town. The location couldn't have been better - right near Broadway and surrounded by plenty of places to eat and drink. The room itself was outstanding, with trendy and high-end furnishings that made us feel right at home. The gym facility was top-notch and we also enjoyed a night at the cocktail bar. One of the highlights of our stay was the food outlet directly across the road, which served delicious breakfast sandwiches, soup, and pasta. It was the perfect way to start our day!

With its prime location, amazing room quality, and excellent amenities, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area. The staff from the doorman to the reception desk were incredibly kind and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

This property is small, it has very good staff and food.

Great location near Union Square with easy access to both West and East Villages. Close proximity to subway and buses. Good on-site dining and bar. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Superior bathroom with separate toilet and spacious shower cabinet. Little hanging space for towels in some rooms. Gym and coffee amenities were a bonus. a pleasant stay with convenient amenities.

Hotel is functional, with satisfactory breakfast, and location is ideal really close to uptown and Union Square.

The hotel is located in the heart of midtown which makes it easy to get to the subway and to a good restaurant that serves an excellent breakfast. The stairs to the bathroom from the restaurant are also easy to navigate. The room was nice with hot water and good amenities like a coffee maker. The staff was friendly and responsive.

The toilet space was small and inconvenient.

I loved the functional-style building, silent room. Plenty of supplies in the room : central heating, a safe box and a writing desk. Hotel close to a movie theater and restaurants. I ate at a great restaurant with excellent food.

Terrific location; walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The room was small, but well-equipped and comfortable. We had a minor issue with a staff member, but it was quickly resolved. we were very happy with our stay at Hyatt.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Union Square. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from Union Square. Check-in was a breeze, and I was in my room within minutes. The room itself was beautifully furnished, with a trendy and high-end quality feel. I made use of the gym, which was well-equipped, and also enjoyed a night at the cocktail bar. But the real highlight was the food outlet across the road, Sandwicherie. Their breakfast, fresh sandwiches, soup, and pasta were absolutely delicious!

Extremely poor customer service when dealing with issues. Broken A/C and noisy fan outside the room that couldn't be turned off.

I loved the central location of this hotel. It was right next to the subway, making it easy to navigate around this city. There were also plenty of great eating spots nearby, so I never went hungry. The staff were really friendly and helpful too, making me feel very welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were fantastic. I especially enjoyed the great breakfast on offer.

The lighting in the room was a bit too bright at night due to the illuminated light switches. Limited dining options and didn't have a chance to try out the bar.

We loved the location of this place, it was in a great part of town and near Broadway. The service was exceptional, from housekeeping to management. The staff treated us in such a kind manner upon check-in, with one outstanding member. The room had great amenities like a refrigerator, flat-screen TV and in-room coffee making facilities. We also enjoyed the leisure jacuzzi and spa facilities.

We wish there were more room sizes and bed options but we would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.
